1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using By Her Side Faithful Caregiver ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Who Can Use the App

By Her Side Faithful Caregiver is intended for adult caregivers (18 years or older). By using the app, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into this agreement.

3. Your Account

To use the app you create an account with your email address and a password. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for any activity that happens under your account. Please let us know right away if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

By Her Side Faithful Caregiver offers an optional Premium subscription:

• Premium is available as a monthly or annual subscription, with an introductory free trial where eligible.
• The current price, billing period, and any free-trial eligibility are always shown in the app at the time of purchase, and may vary by region and currency.
• Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

All payments are handled by Apple or Google. Refunds are subject to the policies of the App Store or Google Play, not By Her Side Faithful Caregiver.

5. Your Content

Your journal entries, prayers, medications, and other caregiving information belong to you and are stored on your device. You are responsible for the content you create. We do not claim ownership of your personal content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to copy, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the app or its servers.
• Use the app in a way that could harm, disable, or overload our systems.

7. Intellectual Property

The app's design, text, scripture selections, articles, and other materials we provide are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may use them for your personal, non-commercial caregiving use only.

8. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available." While we work hard to keep it helpful and reliable, we do not guarantee it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. Spiritual and caregiving content is offered for encouragement and general information only.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, By Her Side Faithful Caregiver and its creators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any decisions made based on its content.

10. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end access to the app or your account if these terms are violated. Your locally stored data is removed when you uninstall the app.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and, where appropriate, notify you within the app. Continuing to use the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
