Delete Your Account From Inside the App

You can permanently delete your By Her Side Faithful Caregiver account at any time, directly within the app. Just follow these steps:

1. Open the By Her Side Faithful Caregiver app and sign in.
2. Tap the Settings icon (top of the Home screen).
3. Scroll down to the Account section.
4. Tap Delete Account.
5. Confirm when prompted. Your account is then deleted right away.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following information is permanently removed from our servers and cannot be recovered:

• Your email address
• Your encrypted password
• The first name you entered at sign-up
• Your account record and sign-in history

Your caregiving content — journal entries, gratitude notes, prayer requests, medications, emergency information, and doctor visit notes — is stored only on your own device. It is removed when you delete your account or uninstall the app, and it is never kept on our servers.

Data Retention

We do not keep your personal account data after deletion. Once you delete your account, your email, password, and first name are removed from our system with no additional retention period. Subscription records held by Apple or Google are governed by their own policies and billing systems.
